Deleted content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period but will not be accessible to others.

GLUCK Event Management, its owners, agents, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, profits, or legal disputes) arising from the use of the site, information, or links available on the site.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, GLUCK Event Management's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. GLUCK Event Management may, without prior notice, restrict access to the site or remove content if deemed necessary. This action may be taken without any liability to the user.

All names, logos, and branding displayed on the website are the exclusive property of GLUCK Event Management. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of these trademarks without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

GLUCK Event Management owns all rights to the website and its content. No part of the site may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent from GLUCK Event Management, except for content uploaded by the user, which remains under their ownership.
