Exhibitors are responsible for the authenticity, legality, quality, safety, pricing, labelling and compliance of their products and services, including obtaining any licences, registrations or permissions required under applicable law.

An Exhibitor may not share, sublet, assign, transfer or permit any third party to occupy or operate from an allotted stall without prior written approval from GLUCK Event Management.

GLUCK Event Management does not guarantee sales, profits, customer enquiries, footfall or any specific commercial outcome from participation.

GLUCK Event Management reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate participation where an Exhibitor's products, information, conduct or promotional material is found to be unlawful, misleading, unsafe or inconsistent with applicable event guidelines.

Tickets and passes, where applicable, are subject to the terms communicated at the time of booking and are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

GLUCK Event Management may modify event dates, venues or schedules due to operational requirements, government directions, venue availability, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated through official GLUCK channels where reasonably practicable.

Visitors and attendees are expected to comply with applicable event and venue guidelines and maintain appropriate conduct. GLUCK Event Management reserves the right to refuse or withdraw entry where reasonably necessary for safety, security or orderly conduct.

All applicable participation fees, exhibition charges, service charges, taxes and other costs will be communicated at the time of booking, registration or engagement.

Exhibitors and clients may make required payments through the payment method communicated by GLUCK Event Management. Once payment is received and confirmed, the relevant participation, booking or service may be confirmed, subject to availability and applicable terms.

Any applicable cancellation, refund or payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or engagement.

By submitting or sharing photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, logos or other promotional material with GLUCK Event Management, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such content.

You grant GLUCK Event Management a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such content for legitimate marketing, promotional, event and archival purposes across its website, social media, digital platforms and official communication channels, subject to applicable law.

The GLUCK Event Management website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience or informational purposes. GLUCK Event Management does not control or endorse such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy policies or practices.

The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the GLUCK Event Management name, logo, website content, graphics, photographs, designs and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to GLUCK Event Management and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No such material may be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially used without prior authorisation.

GLUCK Event Management shall not be responsible for any delay, modification, postponement or inability to conduct an event arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, venue closures or other force majeure events, subject to applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the GLUCK Event Management website or participation in a GLUCK event or exhibition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to GLUCK Event Management, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
